Getting this project up and running has taken longer than anticipated but deadlines are fast approaching if this is going to work. Still getting business details together, scrambling to get orders but stuff is getting real.
The wife has kindly lent a lot of time to taking photographs and editing. She is awesome for doing this but i think it is to get away from more soccer ball conversations.
I'm just keen to get through some initial steps before we can prove this is actually a goer. Can i get enough orders? Can i get the manufacturer to agree to the quantities (probably low) that I want? Will the dollar keep moving south? Will i actually lose money on the first order?
The work to date has involved; discussing with manufacturers, sending designs, re-sending designs, re-resending designs, wiring money to Pakistan, getting worried about AFP, getting samples, doing it all again with other suppliers, sampling balls, talking balls, getting told to shut about balls.
